Reporting adverse effects from using a veterinary medicine

Veterinarians are required to report any adverse events associated with the use of a veterinary medicine to both the manufacturer and the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) ACVM.". Adverse Event Report: Veterinary Medicines

Technicians and Veterinarians insured under an extension, must be named on the Policy - before they commence their duties. Please update the details during the year, and at renewal. All veterinarians must be registered with a current APC.
